    Ive always wondered if those fins on the Jaguars did much.

    The longtail fin improved directional stability at high speeds [the drivers could take their hands off the wheel at 170mph +]
    The fin was offset three degrees from the car's centerline to counteract airflow over the left side of the body

    I can appreciate the tech involved in the new cars but the old ones are pure****.
