cool site got 100% engines, but try the other one on Automotive History I only got 11 out of 17, suck on the Mustang questions, mine you I would of be more worried if I'd got them correct.
12 out of 18, I'm a poor excuse for a hot rodder. but on the summit test I got 10 out of 10 and appointed crew chief.
Why try to intimidate people to put in wrong scores or not to respond at all????? 16 out of 18 here. The point of this was not a my crank is bigger contest. I'm not gonna lie, and exagerate my score, to try to fit in here as some probably will. Thumbs up to all those posting their actual scores. You don't need to feel bad because you didn't know which side of the block the dipstick was on or because you missed a couple and you've only worked on one particular type of car in the past.
I got 100%, but guessed on the 348/409 dipstick question. Can never remember which side is which. Only got 52% on the later-model car quiz.
18 for 18 here. I'd have felt kinda bad if I had scored less after doing engines for most of my life. Frank
18/18 for me! And I didn't know the difference between the 348/409 until reading some of these posts!
17 out of 18 ... missed #9 (early Hemi) ... just kiddin' ... I missed #7 (Chevy 383) ... I mistakenly thought it was a Chevy 409 ... Stupid Mopar guys, what do we know?
that was too easy....they need to include some obscure V8s - Packard, Studebaker, Nash/Hudson, AMC. A quiz on 40s/50s/60s taillights would be fun also. "a greater love than this hath no man....that he lay down his life for his friend" dj
17 - missed the small-block MoPar Guessed right on the 348/409 - nobody would run a 409 with 3 carbs!!!!!!
