The pressure is off. I wrapped up the interior yesterday, the paint is (mostly) polished, I think I'm ready. All that remains to be done is upholster the trunk, which can wait if I get lazy. Who wants to look in there anyway? Now the only big deal is what to tow it over there with and where to leave the trailer.
Brian, if you are upstairs you unload inside...don’t know if they do that in the ba*****t. In any event, they have a trailer lot a couple blocks a away...or did 10 years ago when I had the track roadster there. Charlie
Yes, unloading inside in the ba*****t as well. I was going to save the $100 parking for the trailer, but I think it'd be worth it as opposed to trying to work out the logistics of getting it there Sunday, parking somewhere all day, etc.
Trailer space was free in 2008...someone sure screwed up that year. Guess it’s just the price of having a show car pal.
What a minute you mean it won't make it??? It was built to drive kiddo get out your snowmobile suit & go man go. Best of luck at the show. Knock em over. Just SWEET !! !
Nice problem to have but I would have to roll on the wires first, the solid steelies second, and the others last. Not feeling the white walls for that car either.
We are coming up, three cars and three truckloads of friends. We arrive Wednesday about noon. Two of the cars will be upstairs in the Cavalcade of Customs display and my sons Desoto will be downstairs
What a mess. But, the carpet is back in, the steelies and wide whites are on, the trailer is empty, and I have Saturday and Sunday to finish up and get loaded up. Whew.
That’s turn out sooo good. Looking forward to seeing it in person. What day are you coming over? Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
I know, it's kinda plain, innit? A buddy is bringing me some '49 Chevy hubcaps, so that'll dress the curb side up a bit. The left side is all about the bling!
