Technical Seized Engine Release

I like AeroKroil. Penetrates one millionth of an inch, works every time and 10,000 millwrights can't be wrong.

 

Got my diesel unstuck yesterday. Was able to get a chain wrench on the crank pulley, turned out it was only stuck in one direction. Went back the other way about 300 degrees then stuck again. Back and forth. Water in the exhaust pipe (tractor, pipe straight up), I disconnected at manifold. I thought it was hydraulic locking but I pulled the injectors and couldn't anything to come out. Also couldn't get any Marvel MO to go down those tiny holes, wishing for spark plugs! Gradually pushed it over and then it was free with a little tight spot, turned over by had for a few minutes. Maybe just some rust on a cylinder wall. Hooked up a battery but cranks very slowly. Pulling starter today.

I have used acetone and ATF for years. but I have noticed lately that when mixing the 2 it seems not to mix very well. anybody else notice this? of course I always used dextron 2!!
