Selling my 1949 Chevy Business Coupe project. My Dad and I put a ton of work into rust removal, body work and frame mods however I lost interest and it's been covered up for the last 10 years so time to pass this on to someone with some renewed enthusiasm. We sandblasted the car, cut out lots of rusty sheetmetal, put the body on a rotisserie and went above and beyond on the underside to strengthen it, remove areas where water could collect and applied seam sealer. The body had rear quarters replaced and the rest has been body worked other than the roof which still needs smoothing. I have multiple bumpers, hoods, lots of trim, some low back buckets I think from a T-Bird that go with it, all the glass, etc. You will need to but new rubber seals, window trims, wiring harness and motor. For the full price I will include a freshly rebuilt 700R-4 Automatic and (5) wide white wall tires. The rear half of the frame is original '49, "C" notched for air bags, the front is an S-10 clip to allow for a small block with modern steering and suspension but is also airbagged. Includes air tank and valves as well. My plan was to patina the body, clear it and have a fun hot rod to blast around in without worrying about scratching the paint but I never got that far, so it's basically a great starting point for someone to do what they want. No motor, the one in the photo was sold years ago. Also, I have never had a title so you'll have to apply for lost title at some point. Thanks for looking. PRICE REDUCED TO $4,700 OBO. Brian
