SEM trim black question

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Tugmaster, Aug 25, 2008.

  1. How duarable is SEM trim black? It is not catalized (I think), How will it hold up on a whole car. I know it is used on muscle car hoods and some guys here have done their entire car with it. Thanks, Todd

I had my 56 Fairlane shot in SEM trim black. Never garaged, looked good after 1 year. It's now in the Florida Keys so I don't know what it looks like 3 years later. Maybe someone down there has seen it.

That stuff is about as durable as it gets. Great product.

I myself have never shot it but my local paint supplier says that several of his clients use it religiously with great results.
