Semi OT....Phoenix..Pre VLV show...Marti Brom...Tuesday

Just a heads up...Tuesday, April 6, at the Rhythm Room- Wildfire Willie and the Ramblers and MARTI BROM.

Well, this is now the second year in a row that I've completely fallen in love with the talented Marti Brom down at the Lonestar Round Up. We caught her show on Friday and it was even better than last year. I was able to meet her at the car show on Saturday and mentioned that I lived in PHX. She told me that the owner of the Rhythm Room called her to set up a Pre-VLV show for Tuesday, April 6. It looks like there is an $8 cover and from the best I can tell, doors open at 8, and show starts at 9. She said that the band they are playing with (Wildfire Willie and the Ramblers) are crazy.
I'm going to try to make it, it will depend on whether or not I'm still in Texas.

 

The only thing I can say to that is "Get in line behind me" when it comes to crushes on Mrs. Brom. I'm right behind Mr. Brom.

Should be a great show. Wildfire Willie is legendary for wild shows.

 

Marti' always puts on a great show! Not to be missed.

 

GOD DAMNIT!!! I hate bein under age, can never go see anyone cool. Some places you can get into but when a big headliner comes to town, everyone gets carded. Skynyrd is going to be playing at some ****** tonk bar here next weekend, yet I sure as hell aint going to be 21 by then. DAMN.

I'll plan on seeing you guys (Scoot, Mike) there, ***uming I'm not still in Texas. I wonder if Phil has seen this and told the appropriate PARTY. If not, we might have to send a POSSE out after him!

 

Mike, you might want to give Skater Jeff a heads up if you talk to him, I can't think of anyone else that I know that will be around.
