Serpentine pulley system swap for a 351W?

So I'm dropping in a 351W in my 49' shoebox. Im looking for a car that I can take the serpentine setup off of. A buddy of mine fixed up his 302 with a setup off of a 68 Cougar. Before I hit the junk yard, just wanted to get some opinions of what might work best for the 351W.

 

I have not done this swap. I did build roller cam 351w from a 95 van. Serpentine setup uses reverse water pump and 2 large aluminum castings. just too ugly for an early mustang.
