Hey guys, so I'm looking for a little help here,
I'm rebuilding 6 - ford 94 carbs and just wondering a few things. I'm just gonna run the center 2 for now, and the other 4 will be duds, but get it kind of set up for if I decide to run them.

Do anyone run a choke on them? Or just remove the top throttle plate and be dine with it?
Has anyone set up a linkage to be on the p***enger side, all mine have the throttle plate shaft that just goes through the one side?
I think that's all for now thanks in advance!

    What size engine ?
    94 & 97 only have /flow 125-160 ish
Cfm's per carb, Two ok for 90 - 130 hp
    Flatty
No choke needed unless you do not know how to start with choke or choke's
    Like mention P Vs

    It's a mild 354 hemi, mabey 300hp,
I was planning on just running the center 2, but I'm guessing that wont work then. I thought I had read your best off running the front 2 and center 2 if your going to run 4 carbs.
Good to know on the choke, any carburetored car I've run before, i never ran with a choke unless it was winter. One less linkage to deal with now

You can use just 2 , but will be down on performance starving for
    air/ fuel @ w o t

The linkage might be confusing, but the presence of the choke ****erfly helps improve low RPM performance, as it acts as a straightening vane to improve "dirty air" (eddy currents, etc.). Used to hook up chokes on the carbs we built for circle racers back in the day.

I'll probably leave the choke plates in then and just leave them wide open
