Technical Sexy Headers, How did they do it?

    The man is a master fabricator (see his page). I truly doubt he started with a cycle exhaust. He appears to design and fab is own stuff.

    He's a HAMBER. I thought maybe a small set of rollers to get that taper then a full seam **** weld along the length?

    Thank you guys for the great response to those headers. Jimmy Smith and Bill Collings came up with a really great design and I did the fab work. That was a fun project.

    I'm guessing the header flange was made with a mill using ss or ms and chromed.

    This is a shot of the headers after I finished them up before they got nickel plated. Everything was made in-house out of mild steel. The flanges are ball milled steel. The ends of the "megaphones" have caps about 1 1/2" inside so the exhaust flows through down tubes and out the tailpipes. Just unscrew a wingnut and remove the caps to run open headers.
