Friday's offerings at Shades were outstanding, but Saturdays turnout was even bigger and better since I'm sure many participants had other obligations on Friday. And of course on Saturday all the award winners are grouped in one area. Here are the cars that stood out to me today.
There were only three cars picked for the major awards that were what I considered to be HAMB qualified, a deuce 3 window, a deuce roadster, and a 37 sedan. There was also a 46/48 Ford woody which I failed to get a picture of.
Thanks, Gary. We were there in the 40, but failed to see a few of these. There were a lot of outstanding cars.
One more car from Shades show that deserves a look, this 1928 Dodge is mostly original inside and out except for the Mopar 360 engine, trans, diff, and Ford wheels.
