I saw most of the show yesterday. Much like what the Ayatollah's wives said to him, after they all had sex together, "Not too baaaaaaaaaad!" pigpen
Not too bad. It was what the title said, it was about "Custom Cars". Yes, I would rather have seen 6 hours of the in-depth history of hot rodding, more low-rider stuff, and FAR less Jim Aust, I mean it was basically the Jim Aust show...sheesh, but it was pretty good nonetheless. It made my buddy and I do a double take when they called Brennan's A a '32.
Pretty good Aust, but you are such a dork! Not as bad as Brennan though - LOL. Who wrote the script? Seems like they can never get it right... Charlie
Pretty good show with some great dry lakes footage in the first 10 mins., but I think I heard them say that a car was "a 1932 Model A roadster, sitting on a Model A frame (uhhh, that is a 32', and the roadster was a 29'). Just something I caught. I wonder if they will replay it on Saturday or towards the end of the month? If they do and could someone bring this post back up top. Chris Nelson Kansas JimA, I thought you were a young guy?
