A pattern was made with the knowledge that aluminum shrinks 1/16" per 12". A computer was used but it was not as hi -tech as you think. They are American made and are almost perfect copies. The blower intake is next as soon as I have enough orders. The timing cover was cut out of a chunk of aluminum stock. I intend to produce a hemi head for the Oldsmobile and then the block. But thats in the future when I have the cash.

Technically you could call these valve covers. Early block letter heads.

Just went and looked at this 51 Olds Rocket today! Stroked/Jahns Pistons/Roller Rockers/Weiand Covers.... But as of right now thats all i know Is in or on it... Was said to be in a drag boat and then put in a 40 ford but pulled because it blew up to many rears and ******'s in the ford.
Trying to buy it myself though!!

i suppose it could be 51 303, but it has:

-56 Olds Powerjet carb? I think it is, but it sits too far forward(unbolted?) Is that a J2 intake?
    -324 or newer exhaust manifold
    -324 or later front damper

Looked for years for a set of late SHARP flathead heads. Found several pair at Daytona Turkey Run. Bought a set that looked decent. Ended up selling them to a guy who thought he needed them more than we did. Son has a SHARP flathead two barrel intake . Coincidently my name is SHARP.

Dragging up a very old thread, yes I know. However, I just wanted to contribute a picture.

Recently, I was Google searching the hell out of the internet, trying to find out if Fenton ever made a 3x2 intake for early Olds. I'd heard rumour, but never gotten actual confirmation. This thread was the only web page that came up that directly related to a Fenton 3x2 intake for Olds.

Anyways, I just wanted to add a picture so that any future searchers might have a reference…
