    Rocky,
If you need a relay to the KC area. Jen and I are going to STL for saint pats weekend in a couple of weeks. I think that I could sneak them in the trunk to bring them to KC for a relay to you.

  2. Drive up to Fat Ass Whitewall's place at Sedalia and pry the tailight lenses off my old race rambler. They're extra ones for my 55 wagon, which are shallower than a conventional 55 Poncho tailight.
Rocky: "Slow down, Poncho Billy..the railroad tracks up ahead are rough!"
    Poncho Billy: "Don't worry, I got a trans-am subframe."
Thump-thump.................the 57 Pontiac of Bil's didn't even complain about the rough treatment over those rough tracks. His 57 rides like a...........a ---trams am!

  3. Rocky- those train tracks couldn't hold a candle the the Cross Bronx Expressway. I probably subject it to much worse just coming out of my own driveway [IMG]

injectedA- next week should be warm enough for me to crawl underneath and get some pics you might find useful.

Nothing like pressure Chris. Nelson's not even Irish. Is it? [IMG] Actually that may just be doable. Is that a word? We have a new place opened out here supposed to be the Irish hell yeah. Dinner was good when there, will see how Pat's goes. So we'll probably do that this year instead of the city. More than welcome to join us.

Would really like to see some shots of that chassis Bil. Especially since hitting the tracks. In fact get really close to the welds.

  6. Chris...if ol' Injected A has the wheels and steer box ready when you're down there, I'd really appreciate a HAMB relay.
Injected, send me your mailing address so I can get some $$$ headed your way.. Thanks!

Rocky, doubt the wheels and steer will be ready in two weeks. Not that'll I'll try, heading out there now. But I got my timeline from a rigger we're flying in from Maine to get this boat outta my life and this month is going to get really busy Thurs. of this week. On top of school two nights a week. I'll PM my address, but no hurry. Also. You need any of these front end parts, hell, the whole front you may want to come yourself. Though Chris your always welcome. With the cherry should be no problem putting it in the van.

poncho, hope you see this, letting the other post fall off. The brake assy. is yours for shipping (read beer [IMG]) and again the pleasure of knowing that someone somewhere is also cussing the TX dust that when add water becomes cement. PM your address.

  8. Rocky- porknbeaner and I are considering splitting your truck- so if it works out I could deliver whatever you're getting from injected. I'm in St. Louis every weekend and could stop by St. Peters on my way home. Even if the truck doesn't work out, I could meet you in K.C.

  9. Oh HELL yeah! That would be optimal. If you hang around the board here, let me know whan you'se guys will be coming up with "the stuff'....cool!

  10. I'm here everyday, just don't post much.

    Rocky,
If they are not ready in two weeks that would be OK. I talked to my Pops today and he is going down to Elizebeth, Kentucky at the end of the month and is coming back thru STL and he said that he could pick them up for you.

  12. Thanks Chris.... I appreciate it and will prolly have Ronnie do it. It'd be fun to road-trip to your place and then maybe you could show me that trick you do. You know, the one where you repair headlight wiring in the dark with your toothpick....haha.

    Man Rocky!

I wish that they were ready when I went to InjectedA's to get the 287. I had alot of room on my trailer! That might have been way out of reach for Bill. There is alot of swapping that needs to get done from that TA to the wagon! Bill that s a bitchin project by the way. I hope it will run in the 12's like the TA does.

No no no I said 18's! [IMG] I said the highway was only 12.64 seconds away. I knew you weren't listening.

I did say the wagon has to lose 700 lbs. [IMG]

OH! sorry man I was way off! I was thinking 12 seconds to get in, seatbelt on and out the driveway! OR 12 seconds to hide from the wife when she tries to catch you in the garage when you are supposed to be mowing the lawn!

I guess that I should listen better!

    Rocky,
Do you know if tucker is picking up the wheels? Or if they are ready yet. My dad was just wondering because he is coming back from Elizebethtown, KY next week.
