    Welding galvanized metal for an extended period can give you cancer along with getting sick.

    Use 16 gauge cold rolled is what you want. You're going to be stapping all over it. You're going to want it to be really strong.

    Done with moderate amount of beading for strength 20 guage is plenty. Its thicker than most floor pans from the factory.

    16 guage is much harder to work with in every way.

    Never sen a stock floorpan thicker than 18 gauge
    its the beading that ads the stifnes not the
    thicknes. You can go up in thicknes with a flat
    floor and its still not stif enough just unnesesary
    wheight harder to work with cost more.Only
    negative efects with thicker floor

    16 or 18 and like everybody else, stay away from the galvanized, it's some nasty ****!
