This is for you JeffyCakes. Painted the wheels black and re-did some headlight wiring. It looks MUCH better now :D

My man. You use large logo 97's on a 21 stud (not that the 1934-38 21 studs didn't come with them from factory).....Mr. Money bags.

Man, I'm so glad I'm Will Smith. Now I'm $$$RICH$$$

  14. I still think those wheels need some color on them to distract your eye from the huge-looking front bumper. I never noticed it on the truck before when the wheels were yellow. Now that the wheels are black, they disappear, and it's the first thing that catches my eye. My first thought when I saw the new pictures was Chris added a ugly front bumper. I had to go back and look at the original shots to notice it's been there all along.

Either way the 3/4 rear profile shot of the truck looks *****in' Any chance you want to get up super early one morning, like 5:00am, and let me shoot a couple of shots of it in front of the Cresent Machine Shop. I've wanted to photograph an old car in front of that place for a long time. We'd have good lighting, plus early in the morning there should be minimal traffic to deal with while trying to shoot in the middle of a busy road. Let me know what you think?

I like the black wheels better than the straw but ,don't hate me, I'd like to see what it would look like with some red ones on it.

What about a '32 Ford car bumber? Would that even fit? Or how about a 2x8 piece of wood to push the "West" members to the side of the road when they break down on the 18th!!!! Viva La East!!!!

    Billy,
The truck has a 32-34 big truck bumper and irons on it for whatever reason. I have a nice regular bumper and irons for it...just havn't put em on yet. I havn't liked that big bumper since I got it.
We can shoot whenever you want.

I thought about red, too. t would actually work with the color of the truck I think. BUT, red is just SO overdone I didn't wanna go down that road ;) Thats why I was thinking maroon, may change them down the road.

I don't know rob-redm, the fact that you covet a East Siders truck says that you're a little sketchy about the West's abilities to build a proper running Hot Rod. I think that speaks volumes about how the East will dominate this run.

Better notify the AAA trucks because Chris can't be pushing all these West sider cars himself. That's not fair. Hahaha!!!!

**** I wish I could come!!!! If the ticket gets to $200 I'm heading out.

Can't I bring by 350/350 tunnel ram topped camaro? Chris would love it!

Seriously I am trying. I am going to keep and eye on tickets and if they get down low enough I'll come out for a couple days and ride in the back of this truck with his dog (lucy?). Yes Chris, I'll even bring my ****ty beard.
