    Mr. Rocky take note.

The 1949 Ford came with smooth bumpers part way through production.
Then that bead was added. Maybe one of the 50 changes?
The smooth bumper dented too easily?
As you can see from the pictures of those cars in the bush,
the '49 has a bead bumper.

She told me to buy them, and said she will help strip down the cars!

  4. Well now, sounds like she’s hooked (addicted that is). Glad to hear she’s going to be helping you out.

I have to watch mine for the same reason! I tell her you only get so many chances to get on that bolt or screw the right way! It gives a whole new meaning to "wife stripping"!

  9. Why do I get the feeling that there may be a hot rod in your wife’s future?[emoji6]

  11. I am totally jealous! Especially about that 50 convertible! Such nice parking light bezels! You never see rust free bezels around here. It's gonna make a nice hot rod. Congrats.

Amazing how chrome trim can still shine after years in the Nebraska weather, even as the body rusts away around it!

don't worry about that clock. they're easy to fix. they have a set of points that usually are the problem. want a tach for that hole? one from a jeep cj-7 is a great fit!

A company makes a one piece glass kit, that can be made to roll up and down, or stay put. It does away with the division bar in the side rear glass.
