Wow, that looks like way more work than a few changes. Its almost a completely different car! Nice work, looks good. How was it sanding off all that Rust-O-Leum?

thanks, what you see here in 15 secs. took me about a year to get it this far, and Bill, the black paint came of pretty easy, it was that sticky black goo that was all over the inside floor that really pissed me off, man I tried a dozen different grinders, hammers, skrewdrivers, torches and what else...grrrr....some kinda black tar that they used for sound deadening or such ?

made a custom grille from kitchen cabinet knobs
    [IMG]
the front came down pretty nice, the 2" lower coils and 2'5" dropped uprights from Jamco did a pretty good job

but the back is a different story...it's got 3" lowering blocks, I took out a leaf from the springs and turned the shackles upward....man it's still too high, what else can you do without goin' for bags....?

here's one at the carshow it was trailered too..hate it when that happens, the master brake cilinder is rebuild and a brake line got replaced after it got home and works fine now, so next show it's gonna be driven there !

I love it! You can take out a bit more or go with a bigger block. If you are super concerned with scrub line tho, Id say save up and go bags. You are going to be sitting on that exhaust soon tho! :D

Hey, about that brake master, if you find anything over on this end of the world and need it shipped lemme know, Id be more than happy to help get it over to you somehow, or any parts for that matter. Some ppl dont want to get involved with overseas for the scammers and the customs BS papers to fill out.

Dreddy, those were the next thing on my list !, but I don't like the look of most ready made skirts so I'll try to make my own, see that's why I didn't replace those half-thread home made white walls in the back ! they don't show much when the skirts are on...

  15. Love the drawer pulls!

Some vendors won't ship overseas, so I have shipped stuff to England in a flat rate box for another H.A.M.B.er.; for under $30 if I remember correctly.

Thanks Chris, that thing already happens, when I hit the gas, the exhausts s****e over the pavement ! kool !! same thing when I turn left or right, you just hear 'm s****e and throw sparks...! the removal of the spring makes it a bit sloppy but I replaced the hi-jackers (one was leaking) to get a little stiffer ride, but I'll probably never inflate them, don't want it any higher then this, and for bags...maybe this winter, gotta finish the interior and un-seventies the engine / enginebay first...btw what r u driving these days ?
