Thats the first sloper style chop Ive ever really liked!Why..because the door frames themselves look right!I guess thats how theyre supposed to look!

 

The radius in the 1/4 windows looks great!

That looks cool. I think you need to be more careful with the spacing on your welds though. Looks like a couple are off just a bit.

Ill just spray some undercoating that should take care of it.

Nice clean work, I've always liked perfectly spaced tacks, looks frankensteiny.

 

So you don't have to finish welding it up, just let the undercoating fill in the gaps?

I think he's referring to the "space" between each spot weld.

I meant the places between the welds where moisture could get? I've never done this before so I'm just asking, not trying to be a jerk.

 

I just wasn't sure what you were talking about. The sheet metal is welded to the top of 3/4 inch square tubing so there isn't really isn't a gap. When you spray it with undercoating moisture cant get through. I started doing my floors like that because I didn't have any sheet metal tools. Now I do it that way because I like the way it looks

 

Heck yea, I like the way it looks too. I've never seen anyone do that, and I'm about to put a floor in my coupe and that's probably what I'll do. Nice job by the way!
