shoebox glass

i have a 1951 ford custom dose any one know the right measurements for the front glass i try taking my off carefully and it all broke. in order to make new glass i need the correct measurements. my car is not chop

 

Make a cardboard template the exact size of the opening and take it to the glass shop. They will know how much smaller to make the glass to allow for the rubber. If they can't do it, find another shop!
