Shoebox rearend info

Anyone have a stock rear out of a 49 to 51 Ford laying around. I need the angle of the pinion compared tp the spring perches. TIA

 

I have one complet laying on the ground. I'll get the info for you tomorrow.

As promised. Taken from a fresh kill stock 51 ford rear axle housing. With the spring pads at zero degrees horozontal the pinyon is up 3.5 degrees. One thing you should know, If you have changed motors and the crank shaft center line isn't the same as stock this pinyon angle might not be correct for your aplication.

Thanks, that's just what I needed. This one has the stock drivetrain right now, I am installing an 8" rear to replace a blown stocker.
