Technical Shoebox Replacement Rear Roll Pan Ideas

    I am in the process of replacing the full rear roll pan on my '50 and was hoping to see some pictures of what all you guys have done. I would like to see where you guys cut, what parts you saved to attach to, stuff like that.
    Thanks for any help.

    I haven't got that far yet but I will probably notch it and use the stock one.

    I cut holes to the inner panel.It will be a lot easier to paint it from the inside and it will be a lot easier to clean it in the future from the inside.Its a curvy piece,so the shrinker/stretcher was handy with this one.

    go to www.emsautomotive.com under the 49-51 ford section there is a photo gallery button , a bunch of photo of the ems roll pan used on the shoebox ford, got the pans in stock ready to ship
