Im installing new control arm shafts on my 1950 ford shoebox.....the old ones were a real ***** to get off. It looks like the endcaps just screw on the shaft into the control arm. My question is...how tight should these be?...any torque specs for these or just tighten the hell out of them and call it done? Should I impact them on...im just not sure.

I dont know about a 50 but my manual on 52 and 53 says 70 to 80 foot pounds. I would think 49 to 51 would be about the same.
