Anyone out there have a "shop" truck, I don't care what year I just like looking at shop trucks. I've seen some I was hoping to see more for insperation.
This is our clubs support vehicle, "Spanky"! It belongs to my buddies dad, but we drive it way more than he does. It regularly hauls parts, motors, rearends etc. Then it hauls our EZ-ups and lawnchairs , and coolers to away shows.
I keep my eye open for Ford p/u pics of that era. I've a 65 Mercury Crewcab Shortbox that is off by the wayside. I always thought it would be a kick ass tow rig. Dunno when I'll get to it, but it's been in the family since new sooooo, there it will sit.
Not really shop trucks, but they get used a lot.... http://www.selectric.org/cars.html for more info.
This is the one I had before I got the fun ones running. I really don't need 3 (don't need 2, but the wife says I can't sell the teal one.) This old brute is for sale. PM me if you want info. Gene
My daily, my ride to the HAMB Drags (3000 miles round trip), my trash hauler, my scrap hauler, parts hauler, shop truck...
Yes my F 100 was the one that was on Ebay..I bought it from 5spoke here...truck was cool as hell..Real fun to drive even with a bad steering box...
[ QUOTE ] This one belongs to Greazy Garry of the Greazy Hubcapz and yeah it's got a HEMI. [/ QUOTE ] Was that at last years NSRA Rod Reunion show in Knoxville?
Great thread! I just bought a truck today & want to go the mild custom shop-truck route, so this is rules.
