I am taking my 29 Chev international 4dr, and transforming it into a Sedan Delivery.

Last night I chopped it 3 inches but I m still not sold on it.
I wouldn't mind some input on the amount of chop, I am thinking maybe another inch and a half off would look good. I am planning on channeling it also ( 5 inches)

    Thanks in advance.

ps Sorry for the bad pic.

I think you should channel it the amount you want before you chop it any more. I think it looks fine. You also need to think about head room. A 3" chop and a 5" channel will effect that a great deal.

I like it the way you have it! but thats just my opinion, I tend to like top chops that are subtle. I think we see too many radically chopped sedans these days.

I guess it depends on what you're going for. It looks good now and even when it's channeled it'll still be a very drivable car. 1" or 1 1/2" wouldn't hurt the look but I think menacekustoms is right, see how the channel looks first. It's a lot easier to take more out than put it back.

I took 5 inches out of the top of my '25 Chev and it doesn't look too radical.I'll post before and after pics later today.

i agree about getting the channel completed before you chop it any more. unless you're short.

Very nice job...What ever you do just keep a record of the build. Mostly the back door, that's what I want to see...ghost
