Folks Of Interest Shout Out to Bill's Auto Works

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Pocket Nick, Apr 3, 2024.

  1. Hello all, @Bill's Auto Works just arrived at 7 am to drop off my pick up. I messaged him all the way back in August to see about shipping it out to CO from CA, unfortunately for me I was too late since he was booked solid until his winter break where he does not move any cars. No problem since I had secure storage for the car until he was able to get it to me.

Bill is exactly as he advertises himself, he communicates where he is at and what the plan is every step of the way. His tow rig setup kicks ass. Bill handled my vehicle with the upmost care and it arrived completely unscathed, he even brought my drip pans and wheel chocks.

I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat, thank you so much Bill!

  2. I’ll second that!
Bill delivered my old roadster to NH, and brought my 40 coupe from Ohio.
    Absolutely top drawer service!

Yep, Bill is the real deal and all I hear are positive comments about him. Heck, it helped me want to just go meet up with him for dinner recently while I was in his neighborhood. We don't always find honest folks with integrity to deal with in today's world, so I can't say enough good about the ones out there that deal fairly. We all need to support folks like Bill.

Couldn't agree more. Bill has delivered a number of cars to me and picked up a couple also. Always a class act in a world where we are surrounded by the opposite.

I had no idea that Bill transports cars. No wonder he drove hundreds of miles to and from Lloyd's place like it was nothin'.

  10. Bill is a great guy and though we’ve only met one time, I consider Bill a good friend! He does top shelf work and has top shelf equipment.

  12. I wish I'd know about Bill back in 2016. Used one of those shipping brokers. My Buick left the seller with a working transmission and it arrived to me not working. I think they loaded/unloaded it several times on one of those wedge 3 car haulers and that was too much for the old dynaflo. As you can imagine they did nothing in response.

  13. Don't I feel stupid  I assumed that was a picture of the truck and it's proud owner :(

Bill picked up my 64 Caddy Coupe deVille in Gardendale Alabama. His arrival projection was within 5 minutes of his guess. Top notch guy with a word worth gold. Totally cool guy

  18. We sure did! Bill made s’mores for all of the ladies. Bill is great fun. Lloydfest is great fun and we are anxiously awaiting this year!
