Just wanted to show some quality work from Tom at TRWaters. Tom did the rebuild on my 331 Hemi Rocker assembly and I could not be happier. Price was great, turnaround was quick and fantastic work,
    Thanks!

Are the collars that much better than the springs?

Are the collars that much better than springs? No. They are an option. But one small benefit is they allow some oil clearance between the rocker and the stand. The springs put constant pressure on the rocker against the stand.
