    to me keeping it simple looks the best.all those extra gauges look like they were fitted by a teenager

    I love this thread! 1934-35 Buick series 40 mounted upside down in the original insert. Dash panel light swith is above the speedo but I'm planning on moving it down to one side of the dash insert and making a cable pull on the other side to match that operates my 3rd brush on the generator. That way I can turn the generator up or down with out getting out of the car! It will have another temp gauge to match mounted to the left and also an old Westinghouse 0-8 volts volt gauge in there somewhere too. It's cool to see so many great setups.

    I like that Buick one, but what's the one behind it? I'm thinking of using a '39 dash in my Tudor, but it's a little early to be sure yet.

    you cant see it real well but I put 2 gauges in an old heater box that I gut out, Im also going to put my ac controls in it. When not in use I can shut the doors on the heater box and you dont see a thing
