[quote='52 STVBLT]Hey Kornbinder -- That's way kool. Couple of questions:

How is it done / how'd you do it?

and, what's the steering wheel from? I'll be using one that looks just like it, but don't know it's origin.

Hey Michael, how’ve you been?? I hate to admit it but I cheated on the dash for my roadster. The dash I started with was a grungy 1/8” piece of aluminum but it was the right shape and already drilled. I went to http://www.fpmmetals.com/ and bought a .030” thick sheet of their engine turned stuff and glued and screwed it in place. I’m happy with it. :p The wheel is out of a later Ford T, not sure but I think it’s from a ‘27

  7. Here's a couple little pieces I did on my '26 - a couple heat shields beneath the Webers and a throttle cable standoff bracket...aluminum.

  9. Yeah, yeah, it's a fucking CD player. I drive my Hot Rods a lot, i love music, and i don't embrace the idea of hitting a fucking pole fumbling for a hidden radio. Er, i mean, here's the dash from one of my cars.

This is a 1922 Delage GP car, photos were taken at Hershey in 2005. The car was great, but the fact that owner George Wingard brought it clear across the country to show it in the rain proved to everyone that he was a true car guy. There were many late model trailer queens that never left the trailers or went home early. :)
