  11. hey paul....is that a front cross spring on the rear end of CGKidds chassis? If so, Im thinkin of doing the same set up for my highboy coupe...with a 9" and long locator bars like that frame has. pm me so I can pick yer brain on that.. thankx..

    Lots of rusty parts... The A frame is almost boxed. You can see the x-member on the floor to the right. I will be working on the kickup very soon. It will probably be roundup 2006 or 7 before i'm driving the roadster.

    The only picture I have of any part of my car is this pic of the new (old) frame taken at WZJunk's shop prior to boxing the rails. My '31 coupe turned roadster was originally built some time ago and was in pretty bad shape. The frame hadn't been built right and was twisted. Last summer I completely disassembled the car and stripped everything down to bare metal. I have finished the engine and the chassis is a roller. My friend Bill McElley and I made a new firewall, floor, and have begun work on the body. I'm still in the process of acquiring various parts. Hopefully, I will be able to fire it up this summer. As soon as I get it mocked up, I'll take some pics.
