    It's been a hell of a lot of work getting to this point. I bought that windsheild frame and built it from there. I'm learning as I go and having a great time doing so.


    Kustomike, It is based on a 49 Hebmuller. It's not a real one but my version of what one would look like if it was turned into a rod. I didn't have the spare $110K to buy one and cut it up since there is only a hundred or so left, LOL!

    This is more like a "before and fairly current" than "after", but it's a big difference. It's been so cold I haven't touched it since November! Argh! The really rusty looking pics are from when I first found it, and upon first starting to work on it forever ago. The crossram pics were taken about a year ago. New pics to come once I defrost it.

    Before & DURING is about the best I can do here...the other before & after shots of past rides won't cut it here...I'm rejuvinated, thanks to Stickylifter and Autorama...I got the bug again...

    1st Pic, Non-running, all stock '51 merc Rotted to hell. Sold off the chassis & drivetrain.

    2nd Pic, Non running, '51 Merc body to '88 Lincoln Town Car transplant. New floors, trunk, Rockers, etc. All Ford so far. Progress continues...soon to have fresh engine.
