The Ice Truck (Dan Woods) has got to be my all-time favorite show rod. At least right now... Here's a couple pics hijacked off the R&C website
Zookeeper, here are few more of the "Ice Truck" for ya. Another one I did the paint, silver leaf & stripe work on! FRITZ
That's my baby. She sure takes up a lot of room in the garage. Davey and Fritz did a killer job on the restoration. Doc.
I just love this thing! Have you ever felt the urge (or have you ever) to open it up and really see how it´ll go? It just looks like you´d have no end of grip with tyres like that!
a guy over here in the UK has a bunch of weird stuff including the sand rail saw it at a show a few weeks ago....certainly turned some heads when he drove it onto the showfield
Paddy Wagon was one of my favorites as a kid and Trantula also. Brings back memories as a kid building models.
Who as a kid didn't love these rods, I don't know how many models I had of these but between them an the Rat Finks I blew all of my gr*** cuttin money!!!
Are you kidding me???? First off, I feel lucky to even exchange posts with both you and Fritz. Also, I can probably squeeze the Ice Truck into my garage if you need the storage space! Gorgeous truck and beautiful work guys!!
love it,makes ya wonder how much acid you have to take to build one of those showrods???,,,makes ya wonder where are they now??
I agree. One of these days I'm gonna clone that one. I can't believe that the Boothill Express was for sale again so soon after Ralph's auction. Does anyone know who bought it at the RM auction? Doc.
