Show us HAMB cars put on the road in 2007...!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by wingnutz, Dec 24, 2007.

  1. This was a spair time project over the last year and half. It was a Wrecked body off the Frame when we started. It was done compleatly at Home except for Chrome and Cutting the glass. Also had some Machine shop work done to the motor but it and the Tranny were both Built in the Garage. Thanks to my Brother Jr and Vondanno for countless Hours of Free Labor.

Got my first scratch-built T roadster on the road in time for the Rust Revival in primer. Now it's in black suede.
Also got my '49 Chevy running and moving under it's own power thanks to good friends. Too bad I haven't done a thing to it since.

Here's mine. Put on the road in June. Been all over the southeast since then. I have had more fun and looks with this car than any other hotrod I have owned.

Here`s my 41 Willlys. Took me 4 years to finish. It has a roller cammed 383 sbc with dart pro 1 heads and a tremec 5 speed. The rear is not pro streeted and I spent some serious cash on springs, shocks and sway bars. This thing handles great and it will light em up at will.

  12. Got this done late in the year, drove it about 1200 miles and now it sits waiting for the weather to get nice again.

Got my 29 done just in time for some hot laps at the Jalopy Showdown, and put it on the road soon after that. Have about a year and a half in it.

Both of these cars hit the road in 07. My 40 coupe after a 2 year build and Visors and Regular Jd's 32 highboy. My coupe is getting a few changes done to it for 08, going to have more of an early 60's look.

Technically it was put on the road in 2007, but there is still heaps to do before it is legal and can be registered. That is the goal for this year.
