  7. A couple of good ones I've seen on the road:
On a BMW 320i: NTRPNR.This one drove me crazy for awhile until I finally figured it out(entrepeneur!)
On a beautiful 53 Olds convertible:THSLEDU. Another that took awhile to figure out(This'll do!)
But by far the the absolute best one was on one of our customers' cars:

A bright red Mercedes driven by a really hot chick: XPINKX. I don't think it takes too much thinking to decode THAT one!

And of course the one on Fred Steele's chopped Riviera: LOMOFO. I still can't figure out how he snuck THAT one by the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Massachusetts.

Here's another fake one I did for a HAMBer;it ought to be interesting when the cops see that one.

  9. Actualy it was mrs beaner's idea, I guess even she likes to give the ol' man a hard time.;)

Actually we're stilll argueing with the state about it. First they said that there were no personalized plates for the handicapped, I had my attorney call and explain to them that it wasn't a good idea to exclude the physically impaired from a program that everyone else enjoys.
Now they are saying that they can't put naything sexual or offensive on a plate. But I'll have it eventually, if its my plate and I'm not no one else should be. Besides about half of my teachers at school and most of my family call me gimpy, its a natural.

I think Michigan allows 7 characters. If thats right, I might be able to get "VINTAGE" or "BILTN59"

Wow!!! :) Do you have more pics of that car???

In Denmark it cost 8.000dkr (1.333$) to get a personal licenseplate, and then its your for the next eight years. After that you have to pay 1.333$ again for the next eight year period... Think its needles to say they are not that popular here! And I would lie if I said they are beautiful... See attachment to see how they look:

Wait, you mean $1,300 ? Holy cow man!

I ended up going with the "Historical Vehicle" plate. For the extra $30 over the plain Michigan plate, I get it got 10 years !
