Isn't this a site to help people with questions about their hotrods. Seems like it's a place to boast about how much you put into your car, and how shitty everyone elses is.I posted my 31 roadster for sale to try and get some money to pay for college tuition and I have people posting crap on the tag were I'm trying to sell it. Especially because they think they can talk shit from half way around the world.Everyone here knows how much work you have to put into a car right(especially if you build it yourself), and what would piss you guys off the most?let me guess, someone fucking with your car, and talking shit on it. All I have to say is I probably have a fucking lot more fun than those guys.

I looked at your ad and I think there were four people fuckin around with jokes on it and two of them were you and the guy who posted the pictures, and you started the "levity" so what's your beef worth?

 

that was my friend and it was obvious that we were messing around, anyways on the fenderless 36 ford post those guys were just saying it would'nt look right and I agree, just need imput, but I was trying to sell my car not looking for those fucks imput.

 

oh ya, and I don't have a beef, just showing people how much it pisses us off when you put negative remarks on a car. doesn't matter if it is a piece, you don't know how much time they have invested in it.

 

Said it before and I'll say it again. This is generally a forum for builders, not buyers. Step back and look at it from the point of "Would you buy your own car for 11.5K?", or would you look at it as "I could buld something like that for a BUNCH less in $200 increments" ???
I just got my Model A last night and spent 2K on the raw vehicle, it was way more that I wanted to spend all at once, but it's nearly a complete truck with a lot of extra parts.
You should have remembered taking a beating on your very first posts where you tried to sell your other truck.
It's not that you are fishing with the wrong bait, you are completely in the wrong pond!
Selling rat rods to me is like trying to sell worn out Levi's for $1000, because I mean most of the fun is wearing them out in the first place!
It's not that anyone hates your car, just is a really tough (impossible) sell to fellow builders and scroungers.
Am I right people???
