Technical Side mirror ID

Hey guys and gals. I need some help identifying these mirrors and what they came off of or if they were aftermarket. I have just never seen one with the fin on the mounting plate.

Chrome side mirrors or fender mirrors were an accessory during the '50's.
I don't know when a side mirror became optional then standard equipment.

 

Yeah I couldnt find anything either...not one thing. Which is strange
