Technical Silv-O-Lite Piston ID

    I came across a set of NOS Silv-o-lite pistons at an estate sale. Didn't want to see the scrappers get them, so I drug them home. I've tried searching the part number to see what they are for, which has only led to much weeping and gnashing of teeth. No info on this part number that I can find. They are part #1222. Any ideas?

    (Am I the only one guilty of dragging home that which I don't have a use or any idea of what it's for?)

  3. Try the Summit Racing tech line. They sell Keith Black pistons.
    Yes, this is normal to buy random car parts.
