   does anybody know where the fuse is located for the obd 2 on a 1999 silverado i know where the fuse box is but dont know the fuse number. the problem is when i hook up the obd scan too there is no power on the tool. batterys in the scan tool are new. thanx kurt

   looks like the ecm fuses are in the "electrical center" box under the hood, not the one at the left end of the dash.
