1958 Buick Cabellaro Wagon. Cabellaro Wagons were only built in 1957 and 1958. There were fewer '58s built then '57's

    Here's a '58 Cabellaro in Denmark.

Here are some shots that I took. The fire trucks in the woods belong to myself and a friend of mine. The 1926 American LaFrance under a collapsed building is one that we were able to save. The poor little pedal car was squished under the building when the roof collapsed on it during hurricane Ike several years ago. I saved it too.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I know Oldsmobile and Buick made the 4 door hardtop wagons but did Pontiac make one as well?

Nope, 'cause Pontiac shared body shell with Chevy, not Olds/Buick.

Nope, Pontiac never made one. Only GM 4 Door Hardtop Wagons were Buick Cabellaro and Oldsmobile Fiesta. They were 1957 and 1958 only. Sorry, I didn't see Froghhawk's post till after I posted this.

Is that a pair of Handymans? ALWAYS wanted one... and Mrs. Yankee and I were just talking about how we'd love to live in CO someday (toured 17 cities in Up with People in '86, including Greeley) :)

Did they make these in automatics? Has a big shifter hooked to an auto, and it doesn't look like it ever had a clutch pedal.

    Corvair

Found these the other day, so I took my dad and brother to see them and the whole time they are peeking through the fence a guy was staring us down from across the street. I thought for sure any minute we were going to get the "get the Hell out!" speech. Instead nothing happened until we started leaving. The guy waves us over and the first thing out of his mouth was "What you wanna buy?" Apparently there are some Alfa guiliettas, Mustang fastback, 55-57 T-birds, more jags, olds 442 conv. and more stashed in there. There were a resto shop that went out of business, sold their shop and moved everything that was inside, to this outside lot many many years ago. now they are just rotting.
