Is that a hearse or wagon sitting in the background of the first attachment?

 

I think it was a 4dr or a wagon, but can't remember. I took that pic way to long ago to remember.

I have no idea. I know that it has been there for awhile. I just happened to be on my way to Lakeside yesterday and saw it still sitting there.

Everything at this place was all original; unmolested. When the owner moved in 1957, it took him over 3 months of moving cars 1 per day! Those had not seen sunlight since.

I see you are in Fresno. If that is the one you can see off the 99, it has been sitting there for a lot longer than 3 years, it has been at least 7. I used to see it every two weeks when I had to go to Stockton. It has been 5 years since I quit going up there and I tried to get it for 2 years before that.

Looks like a fairly solid '56 Buick to me.

 

I recently got to see a nice old gentleman's "collection" stashed here in town.

Here are a few pics, and he has something like 100 more on a property he owns.

No You can't see them from the street, so no parts are missing from most of these...over the years he just kept buying them and parking them in back and there they'd sit.

1957 Chevy 1/2 ton/short bed truck bought from the county when they were done with it (and you know that was a long time ago!)...and sitting since.

A bunch of 1948-54 trucks.

This is all to familiar,even my mother-in-laws boyfreind has shit laying around that i've been trying to get for 10yrs. and he lets it sit and never touches any of it!Here it goes.......55&57 T-Birds,57 Ranchero,55 4Dr ford,and a Delorean with 2699 miles on it and if i told you how much shit he had ratpacked you wouldn't believe me,he owns 3 houses and they are all full of stuff,garages and houses!......Sorry no pics,i think he would become a little suspicious!
