These 55s have been in ebay salvage parts cars for years, 10 years or more it seems anyway. Not sure why people fool with keeping stuff on there that long?

I don't have a problem with long term listings.. the problem I have is they don't update their pictures. cars deteriorates sitting outside overtime.

I saw one listing for some hudsons that looked familiar and realized the picture was over 10 years old. I realized this when I saw the truck in the background, a truck I brought over 10 years ago while I was at an auction next door to this seller and remembered the cars. they looked good in the pictures but when I drove past them at a later date, they have settled and rusted pretty bad since the picture was taken.

Not to worry! He's going to fix it right after he stops using it for a bench for his barn boards.

  21. Great pictures, thanks!

  22. Probably all too far gone to save and perhaps too dangerous to try to get anything out, but there is some cool stuff in that ravine. The '55 Ford Victoria hardtop--my absolute favorite car of the '50s--was the first thing that caught my etc. At the time they were pushed off in there, they were just a bunch of junk cars with little scrap value.

As sad as it is to see these sights they are his, if someone doesn't like what we do with our own cars should we sell them to another person? At the end of the day they weren't wanted and the still now exist......they may well have been crushed long ago. JW
