    A long while back, I posted this truck rotting in Tallapoosa Alabama. I purchased it, but never went to pick it up. Well another friend got it , and as of this Morning, its back on the road. 31517.jpeg

    That's sad...you'd think they'd rather sell the whole business than auction...they had a lot of vintage tin...hope they don't melt down what ever doesn't go:(

    Thats probably the sad reality of it. I'm sure what doesn't sell will be picked up by scrappers. Don't guess the business was worth a whole lot these days, Model Ts just aren't very popular, so there's not a lot of money in them anymore.

    Not to be a skeptic, but how long will it sit in it's new spot. I know it would be a ton of work, but it doesn't deserve to end that way. I recall back in Redwood City, CA in the 50's,early '60's, there was a wagon done in a similar fashion.... Ran whitewall pie cutter recap slicks and a bog 'ol Caddy..... About wet my knickers every time I saw it....
