This looks just like one that sat in a field here in my town in Missouri. I tried to buy it numerous times, with no luck, then one day it was gone. That was 20 years ago.

 

Chevy called theirs a "5 Passenger Confederate Coupe".

The YouTuber Iron City Garage rescued one of these from a farm - I believe Iowa - a few months back. It was a very cool video - I couldn't believe how hard they worked to retrieve that thing. It was also a crew cab.
