I have a buddy that lives in Fortine. I should have him swing down there and check it out for me. Arlee is only about 150 miles from him!

 

I'm only about 20 miles away from tbere....problem is they had a wildfire start from a firework and roll through 3 years ago and most the stuff I'll post from this yard got burned up, then the fella sold the land. There's still a few things out there, though. I used to go a few times a year just to walk around.

Damn, sounds like it was caused by a couple of neighborhood kids.

 

I could never understand why people get so stubborn about giving a project a chance to be saved and enjoyed by a new caretaker?

When I had tow truck operator pick up my current project he told me the car had been there 40 years ago when as kids they played in the surrounding bush. Body is amazingly dent free
I’ll add, the operator steered the cab out of the bush and onto his deck with those rollers under each corner of frame
