Maybe they saved it. The other side may have been hit by a train, or rotted away in a creek bed. Looks like the back is missing too. Why so quick to make assumptions?

 

Because I want to. Maybe a flying cow landed on it and smashed it. I'm not saying the owners of the cafe wasted it, I'm saying in general it's a waste. Whatever. No matter what anyone says there is always someone that will hide behind their keyboard and criticize what is said.
