Well,, I got this from Ryan.

 

I got a warning too for my 30's and 50's French cars. Some are borderline like Matford or the EU Fords though.

 

So..this is the place for that.

 

I've got no turtle in this race. But a sitting & rotting pic of an A/A Fiat decaying ''as raced'' with crumbling slicks and peeling 'flake paint could probably get a p***. Stock cars rusting in Europe won't.

 

You got noticed by the boss, you got a please. A gentle redirection by the ref, take notice and continue with the game.

 

A couple of weekends ago, my son and a friend of mine went to the southern Ab collection of "Gary's" to do a tour. As it was 10 years since I'd been there last, I was amazed that he has am***ed many more cars, of which these pictures don't scratch the surface. Gary does sell, and even moreso loves to trade. The sad part is (at times) his prices are more than a little steep. And the other sad part is Gary is 87 years old; who knows how long he will be around. Never married and no children, from what he said we believe he has a nephew who is already planning an end to it all once Gary is no longer here. Yep, you guessed it, the nephew wants to clean the farm up and sell the land. I guess for now, enjoy the pics, and if you ever have a chance to wander through, set aside at least 3 hours to walk a**** the 1500 cars and trucks.

Went to look at this centerdoor and he had some remains of another....

 

It appears that a lot of the recently posted pictures must have been taken at old salvage yards. It also appears those salvage yards have cleaned up the real bad stuff and have kept the saveable stuff around.

Maybe there is hope that some of those can still be saved, rebuilt, and put back on the street.
