Technical Skip The Jack Stands, make Riser Blocks

    Another use for them is putting them under the frame as backup for jack stands if the front end is being worked on. I have them in use like this with my OT F150 right now and it’s comforting to know that if Snap-on gives up the ghost I won’t become a ghost :D:D:D

    IMG_1278.jpeg I built mine out of 2x10s a couple of decades ago. Certainly safer than jack stands, but currently doing brake work on my current car so jack stands it is… 816.jpeg
