Damn! That's the first duece I ever drove! Actually, the only one....For skip's sake I hope some goldchainer wannabe bids $50k for it! Brian
Here's a low res shot of the car in his front yard at the HAMB picnic he and his wife hosted during the KKOA event.
Now I'm jealous, I only got to put my foot on the tire once when I was Really sloshed, but nobody would tell me so... Yad think he could whip(pet) up an interior for it real fast though...it'd probly make it to the final rendition, the way his work looks.
Hey thanks for the kind words about the coupe guys!!! We had alot of fun with it...but like chromedRat said, I've got toooooo many irons in the fire and some spare change would be nice. Oh and Rooster, you weren't that sloshed...or were you...or were we?
It woulda brought $50k if you had just fixed the brakes!!!!! I just hope whoever got it doesn't billet and tweed it... Brian

Brian [/ QUOTE ] brian, didnt you "hear" the new gold chain "status" is primer, steelies and whitewalls?!,, ,,seriously,i know of a guy(real well off) that paid 20 grand for a BITCHIN stock flathead powered 35 ford 5 window,,,THEN spent another 50 GRAND to build a street rod out of it,and THEN, NOW he just recently purchased some red steelies and white walls to make it "TRADITIONAL"!?!?!?!?!? he had a fuckin badd ass car to begin with!
Neat car! I just can't figure out why anyone would want to sell a 32 5 window. If I had one I have it till the day I died.
Here's another pic of Skipstich's very fine koop taken at the 2002 5th Goodguys PPG Nationals. I wish I could afford it!!!
And another pic... In my opinion this was the best car at the 2002 5th Goodguys PPG Nationals. Hopefully, someone in Ohio will buy it, so we can still see it at the shows. Whoever gets it will be getting a mighty nice car!!!
[ QUOTE ] I sure hope the new owner fixes the headlight...... [/ QUOTE ] Yeah!!! Wow that was a quick photochop! Cool!
Curiously that's the same side that needs the wheel cylinder....hmmmm... The car sold to a guy in Wisconsin who understands what a Hot Rod is. I hated to see it go...BUT, with other stuff goin' it was a must sell . Can't keep 'em all I guess!
