I just discovered the H.A.M.B. the other day and have been glued to it almost continuously since then. I am a lifelong, dyed in the wool 50 year old car guy in Northeast Ohio. My passion for cars has been pretty much all-encompassing with the current stable including diverse vehicles such as a 1936 Lincoln K, 1966 Ghia 450 SS, 1956 Porsche Speedster, 1965 Studebaker Wagonaire and a 1951 Crosley-Almquist among others. Customs had eluded my attention until a show I am involved with recently featured them. I truly fell in love with the classic Customs there such as the freshly restored Polynesian, the Hirohata Merc, the Rod & Custom Dream Truck, etc. My goal is to find an original and historic Custom that has been neglected and bring it back to its former glory. If anyone has any leads, I'd love to follow up on them!
Welcome from Mission Viejo, CA, originally from Youngstown. If the boys here in SoCal only knew. Any pics of the 1966 Ghia 450 SS? I love Ghia and his designs.
