No ****? That VH album is out already?

I got a wicked live import CD recording of them from WAY back in 76...before they were even SIGNED...they opened up for UFO...and did ZZ Top, Aerosmith and Led Zepplin covers in addition to their own stuff...AWESOME CD!!!

"The Stroke"?!?!?! As is Arlington's own Billy Squire?....'nuther m***hole.

I live in the CAPITAL of **** ROCK.....I heard from my neighbor (it was oozing out of the windows of his Monte SS) that there is some sort of new Judas Priest album ....I guess.

    Hammy?!?!?! When do we leave?!?!?!?

Yep. Man, when you could more or less legally scalp tickets in Texas my dad had a car wholeseller buddy that had a ticket scalping company (he paid guys to camp out and when the place opened up they bought up all the good tickets) and through him I would get free tickets all of the time (2 to 5th row for nothing).

Now mind you, I was more of a punk ****...but I saw some wild arena rock action in those days.

Billy Squire, Van Halen, and Def Leperd surprised the hell out of me and did great shows and sounded just as good live as on the radio (my major pet peeve in life).

I still wanna puke thinking of things like Judas Priest (with the damn lion tank thing the guy walked out of at the start of the show and he sounded like one of my girlfriends parakeet), Journey, and many others who just were not that great IMHO live.

It was amazing how bad some of the major acts back in my day were...and I think it is a bigger problem today.

How does this relate to trailers you ask....TOUR TRAILERS BABY!!!!!!

I do remember seeing alot of ****s and ******* at the Journey show...and chicks p***ing out when the weeny guy sang some love song that was real popular when they had the record with the "Tron" looking guys head on the cover.

One really ****y show that stands out to this day in my mind is Billy Thorpe...my buddy that lived behind me was 4 years older than me and I got him tickets and he gave me a ride to the shows (my parents trusted him and would let me go with him even on, dare I say it, school nights...little did they know). He was dying to see Thorpe so I got us hooked up. That guy was so lame and the show was over the top cosmic crazy stuff....I think he opened for something else that was just as strange also.

"The People of the Earth Stood Waiting...."

Any of you remember that gem?

Trailers are for semis. Real Hot Rodders carry tools, enjoy fixing a broken car, and do drugs when their back hurts(no perscrip necessary). Looking kewl has a cost. If comfort was a major factor we'd be on the "I love my SUV" website. F-that.
